Classes are run by principal physiotherapist: Fleur Balmain.
We will be focusing on major muscle groups with Pilates-style exercises to improve overall conditioning and core strengthening exercises. This will help keep you fit and healthy through your pregnancy and beyond. We will target some commonly experienced problems such as:
- · Neck tension
- · Headaches
- · Shoulder pain
- · Abdominal separation
- · Incontinence
- · Low back/ Pelvic girdle pain
When? Every tuesday, 6pm-7pm.
